Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Your order will be delivered on the expected delivery date or on any other date specified in your order. OTIOE.COM aspires to deliver your order according to the expected delivery date specified in your order. The expected delivery date is the date on or before you can expect your order to be delivered to your preferred shipping address. You will see the expected delivery date for each shipment on the order summary before placing your order. The expected delivery date will also appear in the My Purchases section of your account after placing your order. To view the estimated delivery date for your order: 1. Log in to the otieo.com account using the registered email address and your password. 2. Click on your name displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page. 3. Click My Orders. 4. By default, you will see the requests placed in the past six months screen. 5. Select your application on the screen. 6. The expected delivery date will be displayed below the order details tab. Note: If your order has not arrived on or before the expected delivery date at your preferred shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Tracking your shipment on Auto is very easy. You can use the link sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile phone number or on the registered email address to track the location of your order currently. In addition to that, you can also log in to your AUTO account to track your order as follows: 1. Log in to the Autio account using the registered email address and your password. 2. Click on your name displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page. 3. Click My Orders. 4. The screen will show the orders placed in the past six months by default. 5. Select your application on the screen. 6. Click "Track Shipment" which you want to know status.
Currently, Autio delivery points are located in a limited number of states, and it will be determined if you can receive your purchases from the Otto delivery point after you enter your address on the purchase confirmation page. If you are eligible to receive your purchases from the delivery point, then you will receive an SMS on the number mentioned in the order that the product is ready for delivery as soon as the product arrives at the chosen center or location and will be available for receipt for a period of 4 working days. If you encounter any issues with the Islamization of your product from the chosen center or location, please contact customer support for assistance. Note: The self-receipt request for products will be canceled if it is not received from the selected center or location within 4 working days.
When you buy products from different sellers, each seller will have a separate shipment and the product or products from each seller will be delivered to you separately. If you want all products to be in one shipment, you must place an order for all products from the same seller. You can see the seller's name on the right-hand corner of the product page corresponding to the seller's tag.
